The additional information will be added on to the information you have already provided us and will be stored securely. Should you be concerned with the amount of information we store about you please do not hesitate to contact us with the details provided below. We will also be able to remove your information from our database should you so request it.

Use and disclosure of Personal Information

One of the main purposes of PrimeHR is to recommend job-seekers to employers. As a result, we will need to share personal information of applicants with select employers for the purposes of recruitment and placing individuals for potential work assignments (and other related services). Example of information that could be disclosed includes, but is not limited to:

  • Results of competency or medical tests;
  • Positive and negative performance feedback;
  • Any additional information that you have provided to us which we feel is necessary to aid in the hiring process.

Your information may be revealed to the following individuals, groups or organisations in order to aid in the hiring process

  • Potential and actual employers and clients of PrimeHR;
  • Any staff involved in the hiring process;
  • Any person or body lawfully entitled to your information.
  • Refusing to provide PrimeHR with the information we seek will limit us in our ability to locate suitable employment for you.

Your Rights and Choices

You are only required to provide us with the personal data that is relevant to and reasonable for the hiring process. We may periodically use information you have provided us to alert you of job opportunities or of the progress in the hiring process.
You may choose to withdraw your information or request for us to terminate communications with you at any point in time, should you feel that you no longer require our services. However, we may charge reasonable fees in line with the work and effort that has been done thus far on your behalf.

Security of Personal Information Collected

We will put reasonable protection on your information in place to ensure that it is well-protected. However, as with all if not most information transmitted across the internet, it is not possible to ensure total protection. However, PrimeHR will do its utmost to ensure that we properly protect your information.
PrimeHR will not be held responsible for unauthorised access to your information by third parties due to reasons wholly outside of our control. You can also play an active role in protecting your information by ensuring that you keep the confidentiality of any passwords or access codes given to you by Prime HR or potential employers referred to you by PrimeHR. Please notify us tout de suite should you suspect that there is an unauthorised breech of your privacy.

Our commitment to providing you with the best service and ensuring your data is protected may mean that we will update this policy once for years on end. PrimeHR reserves the right to do so and will likely post an updated version on its website.
